After his solo gigs and the presentation of his film "Spew it out your soul" at the NonStop porn cinema in April 2006 and August 2008, Peter Doherty will soon return to Graz Austria. On Thursday, March 25th, he will play one of his legendary acoustic solo sets at the same venue. On screen: new private material. He will be supported by the musician General Santana (Ark of the Covenant), Lisa Moorish and the Los Aficionados DJ team (Club NonStop).

After his solo gigs and the presentation of his film "Spew it out your soul" at the NonStop porn cinema in April 2006, Pete Doherty will soon return to Graz Austria. On Thursday, August 28th, he will play one of his legendary acoustic solo sets at the same venue and thus give a taste of his future solo album. This time Pete Doherty is going to present his 8mm film recordings that he has shot himself, for the first time.

Pete Doherty is going to present his private exclusive 8mm film recordings for the very first time
I asked Peter whether I shall talk with the media about the latest news and what I shall tell them. He told me “Tell them the truth.”
Peter wasn’t feeling well and he felt tiered in the afternoon before the gig at the NonStop. Later in the evening he asked me to call a doctor. I called an Austrian drug specialist but unfortunately he was abroad on a vacation. We gave him a few cups of strong coffee and he felt better. After that he said he is ready for the gig. There was no heard stop, no overdose and no blackout. Because of his indisposition he could not finish the work on his film which he wanted to screen this evening at the NonStop. We tried to plug in his laptop directly but it didn’t work.
After the concert, Peter told me that he wants to come back soon to show his movie. He was also filming during his stay in Austria. Maybe next time he will also screen some of this new material.

In the gallery there are some pics of the Babyshambles Gig in London at the 08.02.2006, same day after Pete has been released from Pentonville.
Ich möchte euch wissen lassen, dass Pete auf alle Fälle kommen wollte und dass es ihm sehr leid tut. Wir waren bis zum Abend in Kontakt mit seinem Anwalt und haben die Hoffnung nicht aufgegeben dass die Polizei ihn doch noch freilässt und er mit einem späteren Flug kommt.
Die Band hat auf eigenen Wunsch gemeinsam mit Danny Clifford, dem Photographen der Band, am späteren Abend einen Privatjet für Pete organisiert, der auf ihn gewartet hat.
Pete möchte das Filmkonzert sobald wie möglich im NonStop (ganz sicher hier) nachholen.
Aufgrund der hohen Ticketnachfrage wird das Babyshambles Konzert in die Helmut-List-Halle verlegt!
Somit gibt es wieder Tickets bei den beiden bereits bekannten Vorverkaufsstellen und zusätzlich gibt es noch Tickets bei der Abendkasse vor Ort.
